After replacing some longstanding paper-based processes with our new Routebook app, Cintas experienced a surge in efficiency and quickly realized paper wasn’t so cheap after all.Further, our CoPilot app brings tools and route info to thousands of Cintas drivers, replacing a problematic app that failed to accommodate real-world workflow. While the old app took 70 taps to create an order, CoPilot takes just 6. Ride-alongs made all the difference—providing a first-hand understanding of the challenges drivers face in the field, and enabling us to transform a complicated business-critical process into a simple, elegant experience.
